Benjamin W. Sublett (April 17, 1931 – February 3, 2013),[1][2] of Danville, Virginia, was a member of the Virginia Glee Club during the Glee Club 1954-1955 and 1955-1956 seasons. Graduating in 1958 with a commerce degree, he was also a member of the Jefferson Literary and Debating Society, Theta Chi, the Interfraternity Council, the German Club, and Lambda Pi, and was editor in chief of the Virginia Business Review and vice president of Delta Sigma Pi.[3]
Sublett served in the United States Navy during the Korean War, and entered the University of Virginia afterwards, graduating in 1958. He worked for the Insurance Company of North America for 32 years.[1]
