Beta Theta Pi

Beta Theta Pi is a social fraternity founded in 1839 at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. The chapter at the University of Virginia was founded in 1855, and recolonized in 2007. Among the UVa chapter's many contributions to University life is Beta Bridge, which is named after the fraternity as its original location was adjacent to the bridge (the house is now occupied by Delta Upsilon).
