The Virginia Glee Club's Christmas Concerts have been an annual tradition since 1941. The concerts usually combine sacred and secular men's chorus music, and in recent years the audience-participation singalong of the "Twelve Days of Christmas" has become a highlight of the show. Staged since the beginning in Old Cabell Hall, the concerts are currently performed both in Old Cabell Hall and at varying Charlottesville venues, including in recent years First Presbyterian Church, University Baptist Church, and the Paramount Theatre in downtown Charlottesville.
