Charles Crum Gillican (March 9, 1895 – October 8, 1967),[1][2] of St. Mary's, Georgia, was a member of the Virginia Glee Club during the Glee Club 1916-1917 season. He was a first year student during the season, and was also a member of Beta Theta Pi.[3]
During World War I, Gillican served in the United States Army in both the 319th and the 60th Field Artillery Regiments, serving overseas with the American Expeditionary Forces from May to September 1918.[1]
