Charles Hancock (1879 in Keswick, Virginia – 1948)[1] was a member of the Virginia Glee Club during the Glee Club 1897-1898 season. During the season he was a second year student and the president of the Y.M.C.A.. He also was a resident of 5 West Lawn[2][3] from 1897 to 1898 and 27 West Range[2] from 1896 to 1897.
After graduation, he became a physician.[1] Charles Russell Hancock is notable for having attended the writer O. Henry on his deathbed.[4]
