Charlie Thomas Chapman (November 27, 1904 in Luray, Virginia – September 18, 1986)[1][2] was a member of the Virginia Glee Club during the Glee Club 1925-1926 season. A fourth year education student during the season, he was also a member of the University Band, the Albemarle Choral Club, and the Virginia Orchestral Society.[3]
Chapman was the first carillonneur at the Luray Singing Tower.[2][4][5]
