The Virginia Glee Club Concert at Washington DC (1937) was held February 20, 1937 in Gunston Hall in Washington, D.C.. Conducted by Harry Rogers Pratt as part of the Glee Club 1936-1937 season, the concert featured an appearance by the Glee Club Quartet.
In an advertisement for the following concert published in the March 1937 Cavalier, it was claimed that "so great was the enthusiasm evoked by (the Tin Can Quartet) at the Gunston Hall and Randolph-Macon Concerts Last Month That Aisle-Rolling Became Almost a Menace."[1]
