Fans of glee don’t have to wait long for the next installment.
It’s live Saturday night at the Paramount Theater.
No, we are not talking about the Fox’s hot new sensation, the choir-based “glee” TV show that has captured the hearts of geeks and singing cheerleaders, alike.
We are talking about the University of Virginia’s hot old sensation — the Virginia Glee Club.
And, no, we are not talking about aged singers. Well, maybe if you count college-age crooners, as opposed to high school songsters.
We are talking about the young men who are a part of the oldest musical organization at UVa. The Glee Club (not its members) has been around since 1871.....
