Daniel Twining was a member of the Virginia Glee Club during the Glee Club 1993-1994, 1994-1995, 1995-1996, and 1996-1997 seasons. Graduating in 1997, he was also a member of Phi Sigma Iota.[1] He lived in 8 East Lawn[2] in 1996-1997.
After completing his BA at the University of Virginia, he attended Oxford University, completing a MPhil in East Asian international relations and a PhD in international relations. He is currently Senior Fellow for Asia at the German Marshall Fund of the United States.[3]
