Rev.Daniel G. Wheeler (June 17, 1919 - October 3, 2008) was the president of the Virginia Glee Club during the Glee Club 1943-1944 season, and was also a member in 1941-1942 and 1942-1943. He received both a bachelors and masters degree from the University and a Masters of Divinity from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, KY.
Wheeler was a charter member of the University Baptist Church in Charlottesville, where he was ordained as a minister in 1948, and served as pastor in other churches in Virginia. He also taught at Charlottesville High School.[1]
