David H. Ellsworth (June 25, 1930 in Osterville, Massachusetts – August 8, 2010)[1][2] was a member of the Virginia Glee Club during the Glee Club 1948-1949 season. Graduating in 1952, he was also a member of Tau Kappa Epsilon, the Cavalier Daily staff, the Dagger Society, and the boxing team.[3]
After graduating from the University of Virginia in 1952, he served in the United States Army, then worked as an insurance agent. He became the owner of Classic Car Corporation, a Mercedes Benz dealership. He also acted on stage and television, and was a founding member of the Worcester Players Club as well as appearing on "All My Children" and "As the World Turns."
