David Harris Leake (July 13, 1875 in Licking, Virginia – May 8, 1955)[1] was a member of the Virginia Glee Club during the Glee Club 1894-1895 season. A first year during the season, he was also a member of Phi Theta Psi.[2]
Leake was a member of the Virginia House of Delegates from 1901 to 1904, as well as commonwealth's attorney for Goochland County. He spent most of his career as general attorney for the C&O Railroad, founded by his great-grandfather.[3] He was also chief of staff for Governor Westmoreland Davis.[4]
