David MacAllister Turner (May 17, 1917 in Towanda, Pennsylvania – September 2012)[1][2] was a member of the Virginia Glee Club during the Glee Club 1937-1938 and 1938-1939 seasons. He was a first year during the 1937-1938 season.[3]
Turner attended Lycoming College prior to attending the University of Virginia. He served in the United States Navy in World War II, serving in the South Pacific. He was editor and publisher at the Towanda Printing Company until his retirement in 1977. He also served in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for two terms.[2]
