Wilson, 1950 Corks and Curls

Edwin Laird Wilson, Jr. (December 29, 1925 in Newport News, Virginia – July 28, 2016)[1][2] was a member of the Virginia Glee Club during the Glee Club 1946-1947, 1947-1948, 1948-1949, and 1949-1950 seasons. Graduating in 1950 with an education degree, he was also a member of Sigma Chi, the Virginia Players, the Y.M.C.A., the Wesley Club, the International Relations Club, the Jefferson Literary and Debating Society, the Cavalier Daily, and the Virginia Spectator (vice-president).[3] He lived in 13 West Lawn[4] from 1949 to 1950.

Wilson worked at Newport News Shipbuilding in 1943. He was enlisted in the United States Army during World War II.[5]
