Mooreside, 1961 Corks and Curls
Douglas E. Mooreside (March 24, 1939 in Arlington, Virginia – May 15, 1997)[1] was a member of the Virginia Glee Club during the Glee Club 1958-1959 season. He lived in 30 East Lawn[2] in 1960-1961. Graduating in 1961, he was also a member of the Jefferson Sabres, the Jefferson Literary and Debating Society, the Lawn Chowder and Marching Society, the Monroe Rifles, WUVA, and ROTC.[3]
Mooreside received his medical degree and served in the United States Army, rising to the rank of major.[1]
