Francis Mason "Frank" Chubb (October 29, 1904 in Massachusetts – July 7, 1988)[1] was the business manager of the Virginia Glee Club during the Glee Club 1927-1928 season, and was also a member in 1925-1926. A first year during 1925-1926, he was also a member of Phi Sigma Kappa.[2] Graduating from the University of Virginia in 1928, Chubb taught mathematics at Baltimore City College from 1929 - 1943. In 1943 he was commissioned as an officer in the United States Army Air Corps, where he taught mathematics until 1944. 

After a one-year stint at Baltimore Polytechnic Institute, he returned to City College from 1945 until 1967. Following his mandatory retirement from BCC, he became the Dean of Faculty and Chairman of the Mathematics Department at the Boys Latin School of Maryland.[3]
