Frank Morse Rummel (August 11, 1884 in Berlin, Germany – 1971),[1] of Washington, DC, was a member of the Virginia Glee Club during the Glee Club 1904-1905 season. He was also a member of the Instrumental Club.[2]
Rummel became a naturalized citizen in 1898. His grandfather was Samuel Morse, who invented the telegraph. His father was German pianist Franz Rummel, and his brother Walter Morse Rummel was also a composer and pianist.[1] Rummel was a painter and printmaker whose works are held by the British Museum, among others.[3]
