Fred Bonham Greear (May 26, 1899 – 1960) was manager of the Virginia Glee Club during the Glee Club 1921-1922 season, and was also a member during the 1919-1920 and 1920-1921 seasons. While at the University of Virginia he was a member of Beta Theta Pi, Lambda Pi, Eli Banana, P.K., the German Club, and the Jefferson Society, and was a staff member of College Topics. After graduation he practiced law, serving as the District Attorney of Wise County and later as the president of the Virginia Bar Association from 1952 to 1953.
Greear was one of the members of the "Three Wise Men" delegation that convinced the Virginia legislature to charter Clinch Valley College, later UVa-Wise. Greear Gymnasium at UVa-Wise is named in his honor.
