Fred L. Somers, 1958 Corks and Curls
Fred Leonard Somers Jr., of South Orange, New Jersey, was a member of the Virginia Glee Club during the Glee Club 1954-1955 and 1955-1956 seasons. He was a section leader during the Glee Club 1955-1956 season. Graduating with a B.A. in philosophy in 1958, he was also a member of Theta Chi, Army ROTC, the Virginia Spectator, and Lambda Pi, and was the secretary of the Jefferson Literary and Debating Society.[1]
