Frederic Field Bullard (September 21, 1864 – June 24, 1904)[1] was a composer, noted for his editorship of Tech Songs: the MIT Kommers Book, a collection of college songs from MIT,[2] as well as in Virginia Glee Club history for his authorship of The Winter Song.
