Frederick C. Rinker (born 1885 - died November 15, 1943)[1] was a member of the Virginia Glee Club during the Glee Club 1910-1911 season. He was also a member of the Chapel Choir in 1906-1907.
Rinker received his A.B. degree from Randolph-Macon College and entered medical school at the University of Virginia. During his medical studies he was also active in the YMCA at Madison Hall and took charge of their entertainment series or "Lyceum."[2] In 1913 he joined the staff of the University of Wisconsin Medical School, where he tried to help introduce an Honor System modeled after Virginia's .[3] In 1919 he resigned to enter private practice in Norfolk, Virginia,[4] where by 1929 he was associated with the Sarah Leigh Hospital.[5]
