George Ainslie

George Ainslie (October 10, 1868 in Richmond, Virginia – July 18, 1931)^[2] was manager of the Virginia Glee Club during the Glee Club 1892-1893 season.^[3]

He completed an undergraduate education at the Virginia Military Institute in 1890. He graduated from Virginia with a law degree in 1893 and became a lawyer in Richmond.^[2] He served as mayor of Richmond from 1912 to 1924.^[4]
