Gustave Aurelian Breaux, Jr., (October 23, 1869 in New Orleans, Louisiana – August 4, 1953 in Jefferson, Kentucky)[1] was a member of the Virginia Glee Club during the Glee Club 1891-1892 season. While a student at the University of Virginia he was also a member of the Washington Society and Eli Banana[2] and editor in chief of the University of Virginia Magazine.[3]

After graduation, Breaux was engaged in milling, serving as the vice-president of sales for the Ballard & Ballard Company for 35 years. He was also the president of the Louisville (KY) Symphony for three years, then an honorary director.[4]
