
Oldaker, 1972 Corks and Curls
Guy Brooklyn Oldaker, of Springfield, Virginia, was a member of the Virginia Glee Club during the Glee Club 1968-1969, 1969-1970, 1970-1971, and 1971-1972 seasons. Graduating with a bachelors in chemistry from the University of Virginia in 1972, he went on to get a PhD from Virginia Polytechnic Institute in 1979, where he was on the faculty from 1977 to 1978. He was also a member of Alpha Chi Sigma.[1]
Dr. Oldaker was employed by Entropy Environmentalists, Inc. from 1978 to 1985, and then took a position as senior staff R&D Chemist of the Environmental Tobacco Smoke division of RJ Reynolds.[2] Dr. Oldaker left RJ Reynolds in 1992, received his law degree from West Virginia University in 1995, and now practices law and performs environmental consulting services.[3]
