Dunton, 1959 Corks and Curls
James K. Dunton (January 18, 1938 in White Stone, Virginia – December 23, 2022)[1] was a member of the Virginia Glee Club during the Glee Club 1955-1956 season. Graduating in 1959, he was also a member of Sigma Nu, Corks and Curls, the Student Union, the Jefferson Literary and Debating Society, R.O.T.C., Jefferson Sabres, P.K. Society, and Lambda Pi.[2]
After graduating, Dunton served in the US Army, then received his MBA from the Darden Business School at the University in 1962. He began his career at the Capital Group that year, where he built a career over fifty years.[1]
