John Beverly Pollard (November 9, 1880 in Aylett, Virginia – October 2, 1960)[1][2] was a member of the Virginia Glee Club during the Glee Club 1902-1903 and 1903-1904 seasons.[3] Having previously attended the College of William and Mary, he was a medical student during the season. While a student at the University of Virginia, he was a member of Kappa Sigma[4] and an athlete on both the football and baseball teams,[5] and was chosen as one of the charter members of the Raven Society.[6] He lived in 38 East Range[7] from 1903 to 1904 and 23 West Range[7] from 1904 to 1905.
After graduating from the University, he became a captain in the US Navy Medical Corps.[2]
