
Kenneth Howland Okkerse, 1951 Corks and Curls
Kenneth Howland Okkerse (November 10, 1928 in Yonkers, New York – January 29, 2017),[1] of Westwood, New Jersey,[2] was a member of the Virginia Glee Club during the Glee Club 1947-1948, 1948-1949, and 1949-1950 seasons. Graduating in 1951, he was also a member of Kappa Kappa Psi, the University Orchestra, the Virginia Players, and was president, librarian, and student director of the University Band.[3]
Okkerse became the curate of the Church of the Holy Spirit in Missoula, Montana in 1955.[4] He was later pastor of Church of the Epiphany in Norfolk, Virginia.[5]
