Lewis Routt Hampton (December 18, 1883 in Winchester, Kentucky – November 3, 1918)[1][2][3] was a member of the Virginia Glee Club during the Glee Club 1904-1905 season.[4] Having an MA from Kentucky Wesleyan College, he was a law student during the season.[1]
In 1917, he listed his profession as "lawyer and farmer" on his draft registration card.[5]
