Michael Alan McCallister (April 5, 1949 – March 19, 2000)[1] was the president of the Virginia Glee Club during the Glee Club 1970-1971 season, and was also a member in 1968-1969 and 1969-1970. He graduated from the University of Virginia in 1971 with a BA degree. While he was at the University, he also directed the Virginia Gentlemen.[2]
After graduating from the University, McCallister attended Candler School of Theology in Atlanta, Georgia. He became a Methodist minister, serving in Cape Charles and Petersburg.[3]
