Palmer Rutherford, 1958 Corks and Curls
Palmer St. Clair Rutherford, of Falls Church, Virginia, was president of the Virginia Glee Club during the 1957-1958 season, and was also a member in 1954-1955, 1955-1956 (assistant librarian), and 1956-1957 (librarian). He lived in 39 West Lawn[1] in 1957-1958. Graduating in 1958 with a B.A. in English, he was also a member of Sigma Nu, Army ROTC, the Jefferson Literary and Debating Society, the P.K. Society, treasurer of Lambda Pi, vice-president of Jefferson Sabres, and on the board of the Tuesday Evening Concert Series.[2]
