Philip Hamilton Spencer (March 12, 1929 in Roanoke, Virginia – December 4, 1996),^[1] of Charlotte, North Carolina, was a member of the Virginia Glee Club during the Glee Club 1948-1949, 1949-1950, 1950-1951, and 1951-1952 seasons. Graduating in 1952 with an engineering degree, he was also a member of the Radio Club, the AIRE, the Engineer's Club, and the Chess Club.
