
Vermillion, 1942 Corks and Curls
Richard Dickens Vermillion (August 25, 1920 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin – August 8, 2003),[1][2] of Kenilworth, Illinois, was a member of the Virginia Glee Club during the Glee Club 1938-1939 and 1940-1941 seasons. Graduating in 1942, he was also a member of Zeta Psi, the Censored Society, and the swimming and tennis teams.[3][4]
Vermillion served in the United States Navy during World War II as an officer, aviator and instructor. He went into the securities business in 1946, and later served as the vice chairman of the National Association of Securities Dealers.[5]
