Samuel W. Budd (August 30, 1852 in Petersburg, Virginia – May 13, 1899)[1] was a member of the Claribel Club in 1873. He had his original education at Richmond College, then attended the University of Virginia for medical instruction. He concluded his medical education at the Bellevue Hospital Medical College and became a physician in Petersburg.[2]
