The 1970 Spring Concert of the Virginia Glee Club was held March 13, 1970 in Old Cabell Hall. A joint concert with the Hollins Chapel Choir, James Leland conducting, and the University of Virginia Orchestra, Joel Lazar conducting, the concert was conducted by Donald Loach as part of the Glee Club 1969-1970 season.
The concert was a celebration of the bicentennial of Ludwig van Beethoven's birth and featured a performance of the Beethoven Mass in C, along with the Brahms Ave Maria and the Verdi Stabat Mater.
