Thomas Walley Williams, III, of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, was the president of the Virginia Glee Club during the Glee Club 1953-1954 season. Graduating from the University of Virginia in 1954 with a physics degree, he was also a member of the Canterbury Club, the Trident Society, Phi Beta Kappa, the Raven Society, Phi Eta Sigma, and the wrestling, cross country, and track teams.
He spent three years in the US Navy, then earned his masters in physics at Columbia University, and embarked on a career of building advanced prosthetic limb products. He is currently product development director at Liberating Technologies Inc.
