Thomas Howard Neel (June 2, 1871 in Laytonsville, Maryland – August 29, 1894)[1][2] was a member of the Virginia Glee Club during the Glee Club 1892-1893[3] and 1893-1894 seasons.
While a student at the University of Virginia, he was a member of Sigma Chi. He drowned in a tragic accident at Cobb's Island in 1894.[4]
