Tristan McDowell van Tine, of Newport News, Virginia, was president of the Virginia Glee Club during its 2003-2004 season, vice president in 2002-2003, and served as secretary in 2001-2002. He was also a member in 2000-2001, 2004-2005 and 2005-2006.
Van Tine served as the vice president of the Virginia Glee Club Alumni and Friends Association 2009-2012, and has served on the board of directors since its creation in 2005.
