William Albert McGregor

William Albert McGregor (March 5, 1899 in Hartselle, Alabama – November 1, 1980)^[1]^[2]^[3] was a member of the Virginia Glee Club during the Glee Club 1917-1918^[4] and 1919-1920 seasons. He lived in 3 West Lawn^[5] in 1917–1918. He studied at the University of Virginia for two years, where he was a member of the Raven Society,^[6] and went on to Columbia University for his business degree.

He served in the US Army during World War I, rising to the rank of second lieutenant.^[6] He was employed as a banker at Guarantee Trust and at the New York Federal Reserve Bank.^[3]
