
William E. Stringfellow in Barringer (1904)
William Edwards Stringfellow [1] (September 1, 1868 in Richmond, Virginia - 1946)[2] was manager of the Virginia Glee Club during the Glee Club 1889-1890 season.[3] A member of Beta Theta Pi during his year at the University of Virginia, Stringfellow served in the Spanish American War.[2] He was later commissioned a Major in the National Guard of Missouri and practiced law in that state.[4]
