Horton, 1959 Corks and Curls
William Horton (1937 – April 6, 2012),[1] of Williamson, New York, was a member of the Virginia Glee Club during the Glee Club 1955-1956 and 1956-1957 seasons. Graduating in 1959 with a bachelors in business, he was also a member of Delta Upsilon and Phi Eta Sigma.[2]
Upon graduating from the University of Virginia, Horton joined the United States Navy, settling in San Francisco upon his discharge in 1963 and enrolling in the Hastings College of Law. He practiced law in the firm of Hall, Henry, Oliver & McCreavy in San Francisco for many years, making partner before leaving in 1987 to practice on his own and retiring in 1997.
