Carter, 1961 Corks and Curls
William L. P. Carter (September 1, 1938 in Martinsville, Virginia – March 28, 1973)[1] was a member of the Virginia Glee Club during the Glee Club 1958-1959 season. Graduating in 1961 with an architecture degree, he was also a member of Sigma Chi, the American Institute of Architecture, the Corks and Curls staff, the UVA Magazine staff, and the Virginia Spectator staff.[2]
Carter served as a lieutenant, junior grade, in the United States Navy.[1]
