William Maury Moore, 1939 Corks and Curls
William Maury Moore (1918 in Richmond, Virginia – 1939)[1]was a member of the Virginia Glee Club during the Glee Club 1937-1938 season. Graduating in 1939, he was also a member of Phi Kappa Sigma, P.K. Society, Skull and Keys, the Press Club, the first year golf team (1936), editor in chief of College Topics, the Student Senate, and the Senior Cabinet of the University Christian Association.[2][3] He lived in 36 East Lawn[4] in 1938–1939.
Maury was killed in a car accident in 1939.[5]
