William Penick Shelton (March 12, 1871 in Richmond, Virginia – February 13, 1934) was vice president of the Virginia Glee Club during the Glee Club 1891-1892 season. At the University, he studied historical science, English, applied mathematics, and chemistry. He was also a member of Phi Gamma Delta, a halfback on the football team, and intermediate president of the Washington Society.
